This is our second time renting a home in Aruba with Mike and Kim. Their Palm Beach Paradise property is aptly named. It has all the amenities that anyone could ask. Beautiful pool, patio, gazebo and BBQ for entertaining or relaxing after a day at the beach. The home is in a great location; less than a 10 minute walk to the Palm Beach!
The home is clean and well-maintained. Mike was always quick to respond to our emails for any questions or concerns we had.

Our family w/three kids (19, 17, 7) just finished up a week at the Palm Beach house. I'd say this house is about as good as you can find - it's in a great location, tucked away in a neighborhood so you feel like you're living on the island, but very close to the beaches and everything else you came to see. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and the pool and patio area are phenomenal. The pictures don't (and can't) really do it justice. Everyone preferred hanging out by the pool and we seriously could have spent the week doing just that. It's not easy finding something that kids (and adults) of all different ages like but this house, and Aruba, really did that. A last word - Mike was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to any questions. We look forward to heading back to Aruba and renting from him again.

Our group had the pleasure of finishing our trip at Mike's Palm Beach rental. The first half of our trip was spent in the High Rise area, being typical tourists, so this highlighted our Aruba experience. The location of the house is perfect...close to the High Rise area but just far enough away to get a true feel for the island. Literally minutes away from shopping, restaurants, beaches, night-life, late-night food trucks, ATMs, and super markets. The neighbors are really helpful as well and will answer any questions you may have about the area. Secondly, the property is amazing. I must say, the pictures are very accurate and do a great job of giving an initial perspective on the rental. Unfortunately, the pictures do not do the rental justice. The property was very clean, SPACIOUS, and for lack of better words...comfortable. From sitting on the patio, listening to music while enjoying the pool; to cooking dinner and watching a movie, amazing living conditions made enjoying Aruba that much better. We also received a GREAT deal on our rental car by giving Mike's name. No other rental car company could get close to matching the prices we received. Lastly, Mike was an email away from answering any questions we had. He was very responsive and replied immediately. All in all, a great place to stay and look forward to renting again soon.

The vacation home and Michael were great. The house is close to Palm Beach and the resorts. We were 6 females on a girls vacation. Our ages ranged from 45 to 6o+ so we did rent a van for the week to explore the island.
The house was perfect for us. The living area and kitchen areas were very spacious, but we spent most of our time on the great patio and pool at night.

First class service all the way!! Mike was a great host and the home was in the middle of everything!! Cant wait till we visit again!! The pictures do not do justice to the beautiful and economical property located in the best part of Aruba!!

I had a wonderful time at Mikes home . It was the best stay I have ever had in Aruba .If you trying to choose between a hotel and this house , well its a no brainier, this house has it all . The home is beautiful and the pool is awesome. Its only a short drive to many beaches and shopping. Plus you have your complete privacy . Very safe and convenient location.
Mike was always available by text to answer any questions. Oh and the two grills were just awesome. I grilled out most nights because a large super market is nearby.
You should stay here while in Aruba,

We stayed at the sunset villa on Ruby for 6 nights. We were a family of 9 adults. The property was gorgeous, clean, spacious, accommodating to all our wants and needs. close to the beach and shopping. Michael and Kim the owners are great people. The house exceeded our expectations. The pool and juzucci were so invited after a long day at the beach. We highly recommend staying at Micheal and Kim property's I know my family and I will definitely be back soon. Aruba truly is one happy island.

The house was beautiful and very clean. It was a very comfortable stay, close enough to everything but far enough away to enjoy. The owners of the house, Michael & Kim and the nicest people. They went well above and beyond for us from driving us and picking us up when we first got there to getting us rental cars delivered to the house. We will definitely love to rent from them again when we return to Aruba for a future vacation.

This house and owner is amazing!!!
The house was very clean when we arrived and was beyond our expectations! The owner reached out to us before hand and let us know everything we needed to bring with us so we were fully prepared when we arrived! The welcome basket the owner provided was also a great treat! He responded very quickly to emails and text when we contacted him each time with questions! When we arrived at the airport, my daughter realized she forgot her baby blanket there and I emailed him asking if he could ship it back to me in the states and he replied within 2 hours with a picture of it, stating it's locked up safely and he will get it back to me! Also his list of attractions were good as well! I totally recommend this house and is on my bucket list for me to come back someday! Our favorite restaurants were El Gaucho, Taste of Belgium for breakfast and Papiamento! If you have kids with you, I also recommend taking the ferry to the island for some all inclusive fun! My kids also liked hanging around the house all day and swimming in the pool!

Great house & Pool , Great time, Great Island
We had 3 couples that thoroughly enjoyed this property. The house was spacious enough for everyone. The pool is spectacular & private. The island is amazing!!! Mike is a wonderful host and dealt with all our questions before & during the trip in a timely manner. We took advantage of some of recommended restaurants and were very pleased. You won’t be disappointed- 5 STARS all around!!!!

We stayed in the house for just about a week. We have stayed in many homes in Aruba and this was by far one of the best. The place was great and the area is very safe. It was only my husband and I, but if your bringing your family you will have more than enough room for everyone. Thank you for the great accommodations Michael!

I have to say that Michael is absolutely wonderful to work with and I would not hesitate to stay at another one of his places. He provides a list of the top things to do and eat in the area and the list is right on.
Aruba is a remarkable place to stay. The beaches are amazing. This house was great. We were there with extended family and it was big enough and bonus was to have the pool for the kids to swim in. The kitchen is big and was fully stocked. The bedrooms were big and nicely decorated. The Master bathroom / shower was great. The place was very clean and close the supermarket, eagle beach and palm beach. Aruba is a wonderful place to visit and spend some time in paradise.

I think we hit beaches on all ends of the island, took in the Natural Pool, did a number of water adventures including parasailing, enjoyed frozen drinks at tiki huts and made sure to take some time at Andicuri Beach! This spot was spectacular; in fact ALL of the beaches were fantastic. Like nothing we’ve ever seen. I cannot tell you how often we commented about the perfect location of this home. It was just far enough away from the hustle to have some peace, yet close enough to be somewhere we wanted to be within 5-10 min. As a family that likes to be active early, then head back to relax, swim, snack and regroup for later, this home gave us the space we needed with all the comforts of home. Most nights we found ourselves on the patio with a glass of wine, just talking about our day. It's not easy to get all of us to agree on anything...this home did just that. Cheers!

If you are looking for a great place to stay while in Aruba I would highly recommend you stay at this property! The home is beautiful and located close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. The owner Michael is very helpful and responds quickly to any issues or concerns. We will definitely be back!
